favorite cinnamon rolls

   - Yield: 8 servings
   - Prep Time: 10 Minutes
   - Cook Time: 20 Minutes

- 1 layer of peperidge farm puff pastry (the box comes with two layers, this recipe is made for one, double the below ingredients if you want 16, instead of 8 cinn. rolls)

filling
- 3 tbsp softened butter
- 2 tbsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp nutmeg

icing
- 5 tbsp softened butter
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup softened creamcheese

-THAW pastry dough. while that’s going on,
-MIX your filling ingredients. next,
-MIX your icing ingredients. refridgerate it.
-PREHEAT your oven to 400*. when the dough is thawed, unfold it, and
-SPREAD your filling evenly over it. roll it up tightly. cut it into eight pinwheels. place them about an inch apart on a baking pan. check them in ten minutes, i had to flip them over. let them cook for another 5-10, or until browned.
-COOL.
-COVER in icing. aaaand enjoy. i did.

- 1 jar of salsa
- 1 chicken breast, chunked, shredded
- 1 cup of shredded mexi-mix cheese

MIX the beans, corn, salsa, & chicken.

heh, so i just lived off of this for two days. ate most of those things. because honestly, this shit can feed a girl four meals. that’s about two days, right? if you uh, don’t mind eating the same thing for lunch and dinner for two days. i didn’t cause it’s amazing. jus sayin. lots of protein too.
